We obtain a class of Kaehler Einstein structures on the nonzero cotangentbundle of a Riemannian manifold of positive constant sectional curvature. Theobtained class of Kaehler Einstein structure depends on one essentialparameter, cannot have constant holomorphic sectional curvature and is notlocally symmetric.
